Welcome to N.Zone. We are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service across the United Arab Emirates. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.

  • Be returned with proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

  • Not fall under the non-returnable items listed below.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Beauty and skincare products that have been opened or used.

  • Cosmetics and personal care products.

  • Underwear, lingerie, swimwear, and socks.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Gift cards and digital products.

  • Clearance, promotional, or final sale items.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A brief description of the issue.

  • Clear photos or a short video showing the product and its packaging.

Once verified, N.Zone will provide an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • A replacement item.

  • A full refund.

  • A partial refund where appropriate.

4. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items that are:

  • Damaged or defective.

  • Incorrectly shipped.

  • Different from the product ordered.

Size or color exchanges may be offered depending on product availability.

5. Refund Process

After your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they are processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, eligible items may still be returned according to this policy.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • A damaged product,

  • A defective product,

  • Or an incorrect item sent by us,

N.Zone will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

8. Delivery Refusal

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason or provides an incorrect shipping address, the original shipping charges and any return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund, where permitted.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in the United Arab Emirates. If there is any conflict between this policy and applicable law, the applicable law will prevail.
