1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak shopping periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within the UAE are:

  • Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–12 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to courier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.

From time to time, N.Zone may offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders. Any such promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (where available).

You can use this tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment.

5. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

N.Zone is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Incorrect contact information.

  • Customer unavailability during delivery.

Additional delivery charges may apply if a shipment must be re-delivered.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available in selected UAE locations.

Please ensure that the correct payment amount is available at the time of delivery.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future orders.

7. Delayed Shipments

While we work with trusted logistics partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Customs inspections.

  • Public holidays.

  • Severe weather.

  • Courier delays.

  • High order volumes.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number.

  • Photos of the package and product (if damaged).

  • A brief description of the issue.

We will investigate the matter and provide an appropriate resolution.

9. International Shipping

At this time, N.Zone primarily ships within the United Arab Emirates.

If international shipping becomes available, eligible destinations and shipping rates will be displayed during checkout.
